Refund policy

 

You may return your order only if damaged and if what was sent was incorrect to what you had ordered (i.e. product size sent was different to the size you ordered. All returns must be sent back within 14 days to be eligible. All returns must be approved first by email and you need to specify the reason for the return and the invoice number. If the item was an incorrect purchase, you will be charged for postage for the returned item.

Cash refunds are not given, and if you return an item, you'll receive a credit for that same amount.

Returns must be new, unworn, and unwashed. We do not refund postage costs on returns or exchanges, unless there was a processing error on our behalf.

TEENAGE DADS is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. SECURITY/PRIVACY SSL certificate implemented. No credit-card information is handled by TEENAGE DADS  Intruder detection software & procedures will be handled by the hosting provider. TEENAGE DADS does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
